Piquant Meatballs

Perfect treat for dinner or appetizers!

Piquant Meatballs

  • 1 lb. ground hamburger
  • 1/2 cup corn flakes, crushed
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 1/2 tablespoon parsley flakes
  • 1 tablespoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon minced onion
  • 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon ketchup
  • 1/2 can cranberry jelly
  • 6 ounce bottle cocktail sauce
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar

Directions

Mix first eight ingredients and form into small balls. Place in oiled baking dish. Mix the rest of the ingredients in a sauce pan. Heat on low until cranberry jelly melts. Pour over meatballs and bake at 350° uncovered for 30 minutes.

Dig in!
