Instructions:

Pre-heat Oven to 475F degrees

Take your Cast Iron skillet and put it in the oven

Ingredients:
2 Eggs at room temperature (Place them in a bowl of warm water otherwise this will make a flat Dutch Baby)
1/2 Cup of Warm Milk
1/2 Cup of Flour
Pinch of Nutmeg
Pinch of Salt
Some Powdered Sugar
Optional: Butter, Lemon Slices, Jam, or Maple Syrup

Combine:
Eggs, Flour, Salt, Nutmeg, Milk, Butter and Mix until it is a nice consistency
Make sure it is free of Lumps

Grap the Hot Pan and put some more butter in the pan

Pour the mixture in the Pan

Put it back in the oven for 12-15 minutes

You will know it is ready when it is golden brown

Shake the Powder on top

*Remember to make two!
