Video Description

Here’s a recipe that I love around the holidays. It’s always a hit at parties and the sauce has a sweet and spicy kick! I made it this time for my ugly sweater party. Since I happened upon a dead yeti in the forest, I was able to make over 500!

Meatballs:
1lb of Ground Beef
1/2 Cup of Cornflakes (Crushed)
1 Beaten egg
Soy Sauce
3 tbsp Ketchup
2 1/2 tbsp Dried Parsley
1 tbsp Dried Minded Onion
1 tbsp Black Pepper

Mix it all together and make 20-30 – 1 1/2 inch meatballs

Sauce:
1/2 can Cranberry Jelly
6oz Seafood Cocktail Sauce
1 1/2 tsp Lemon Juice

Simmer on Low until it melts

Pour that over your uncooked meatballs

Heat Oven to 350F degrees

Cook for 30 mins or 160F degree inside

ENJOY!
